institutional regulation

short films

regulations which must be followed based of the guislines put down which I have found on London film and bbfc which takes into account lots of factors from environment to insurance . given that not much of code of practise is relevant given we not usesing animals or guns.

I will be filing on public I will  need to contact local borough or members of public to get permission to film there although first we need to find out which one it is and then gain contact with them and gain permission to do the filming. As well as this we will also need to need to get an age rating on it which we can either chose are self or given to bbfc to be chosen, the main reason for this would be to make sure that children and those who dont know what content can deiced if it is for them.

we will also may need to check the copy right for a building if we filming in a public space, which will mean talking to who ever owns it,as well as this i may also need to find the bourugh in the link given on the website depending on the location    http://filmlondon.org.uk/get-permission-film and so contact it to find the relevant one and then get into contact and gain permisstion,as well as this if will need to get permission from are actor to see if they wuld wont to film in this lcation.

as well as the practice of makeing the filming it self we will need to make sure it us if right age rateing for the views to see this is more relvant to the print prodution as that is where the ageing rateing will be shown although the content of short film it self will judge the age of film ,which die to are adoiuce being some what older as it is rages from 16-40 onwards although this does not mean we will have a high rateing.

movie review

Though there are no clear regulation with film review , their are organisations such as the online film critics society which give out awards such as best actor as well as emey awards and this origination and way it critics and reviews film may set a stared as well as this i have found that many of the review sites do give regulation which they follow as well blogging and personal reviewing which is not upheld to a certain format and quality.

movie poster

There is an organisation which controls the print media of called the advertisemeant regulation agencay which controls both broad cast and non-broadcast advertisemeants and this also checks if image is safe and homest advertisemeant and the only limit of what we can do is limited to not show lude or voliant imagery.

age rating

To judge the age of the film by the bbfc are film will more be more 15-12-12a more likly to be what we chose as they put no limit on the threat to the progist as well as this we can show moderate sences which what we are more liky to produce and the tone and theams of horror films are convetinaly disurbing in tone and Thames and as are horror short film though we are in sub genre we not doing comabey so will stick to most conventions. We did not chose to do an 18 as we  do not wont to produce a gorry flick as we not using that sub genre as well as this PG and universal limit the amount of threading scenes and themes as well tone you can do which makes it unsubtle for the genre we are doing.

script(work in progress)

this is the first draft and we have improved significantly although some issues with it include the layout as well what is to is not caps and lack of description which was  dealt with one issue is that we need to follow more layout conventions  and to uses  ext and int correctly and label shots appropriately as well as this we also needed to correct the layout and we also did not have have enuugh diolog as well as this we also needed to improve.

script finial

once improvements made this what we did and is the final product.

costume

we will uses a detective coat I personality own as well as this the gun would be soured again from me although if need any thing else we may need to source it from shops or from who ever we can find the relevant costume from such as the media department it self if needed we will need this to give him a look of a detectiveas well as this on a secand re shoot we are going to use for the costume frinds jactet which is good and a black tie in the re shoot to and it look more like a dective these will be soured from myself and my freind.
